App quit working
I have tried everything, it just gets stuck loading. It was great for a while. I messaged support from the app two days ago. Haven’t gotten a response. I have tried uninstalling. Nothing changes.
Patience needed
ACiQ hvac units are really nice. Unfortunately ACIQ has a proprietary thermostat that’s Wi-Fi controlled. Perfect for adjusting thermostats while you away. Their TL04-1 is knock-off of the ECOBEE thermostat.
Anticipate having to re-acquire the app and thermostat connection. Not very convenient. ACiQ tech Support are aware of the issues. But my feeling is nothing is going to be changed anytime soon.

ACiQ TL04-1 needs better control from the app.
I just finished installing a ACIQ-36-HPD heat pump along with ACIQ-36-PAH air handler. I am also using the ACiQ TL04-1 thermostat. I would like to control the constant fan(on/off) from the app. It can be done at the thermostat but not from the app.
My use case is to control the constant fan on/off from my bedroom at night. Rather than having to go downstairs to where the thermostat is located.

App does not work
Useless, can’t do anything about other the app
Are developers listening?
I’ve now invested in two ACIQ systems, one of which is connected to a thermostat and the other is a mini split that I use the app. I’ve tried to contact dev but it just goes to some site about compressors. My biggest issue with the app is the fact that I put it on “Fahrenheit “ but it constantly changes to “Celsius”. How can you save the settings?? As far as general functionality of the app, it works well.

Needs a lot of work
Cant change preset temps in app. Going from heat to cool or viceversa and temps have to be set up again. If App is loaded on multiple devices, the schedule and preferences do not match.

This app worked fine for two days and now doesn’t do anything! Please update. Do something to make this worth it!

More features, like fan mode, dehumidifier options, etc. So far, much better!
App no longer works
The app was fine until it stopped working two days ago for no apparent reason. Now it just perpetually loads and tries to connect but never does. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work. It’s become completely useless.

Needs more features
Would be nice to also see system run time and energy usage over time that could be mapped out on a graph. Basic functions, but does work for changing temperature, system or fan speed settings as needed
Needs more development
Does the same thing that the remote can do, and nothing more besides creating a scene to set multiple heads at once. Needs daily and weekly scheduling for it to be useful at all. Looking to do 3rd party controllers like Sensibo for just this reason. Don’t want to have to spend a few hundred dollars and time setting up a controller when an app would be able to do this with just a little development.
