A clearer diagnosis result, and work that leaves the device sooner The redesigned diagnosis results give each check a clear verdict instead of a shade of color. Every finding now carries its own icon, a plain-language explanation of what it means, and the recommended action to take next — so you can tell a safety stop from a ruled-out cause at a glance, on a phone, in a mechanical room. The new Diagnosis Summary separates what still needs work from what has already been cleared. After you carry out a recommended repair, you can record how it went — fixed and verified, still not fixed, or not completed — and both the finding and the customer-ready report update with it. When the likely causes are all ruled out, Explore Advanced Causes carries the diagnosis further instead of ending it. Field work also syncs sooner. Checking off a step, editing a report, or saving a nameplate now wakes the upload queue right away, so your work leaves the device as soon as there is signal. A job that is waiting on a connection now says exactly that and finishes loading on its own once you reconnect, rather than showing a load failure, and offline edits to reports carry the same pending marker as diagnoses.
