FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING
I don’t like the app anymore. They really messed up the rewards program. So now the monthly challenges that they offer they only offer 1000 points for each one before it used to be 2000 points. Also, I don’t like how when you complete goals you have to keep going back-and-forth scrolling through the list of goals and it doesn’t tell you which one you completed until you click on it. It’s very frustrating. This app has just become a complete mess! Before this update it was easy to complete goals and challenges now it’s not. I’m really disappointed. I wish that they would go back to the way the program was before. I can understand, droping it to 1000 points for the challenges, but all the extra having to go back-and-forth scrolling through the goals to see which one was completed. just makes it so much more time-consuming. Because of these changes, I’m not able to afford shopping at Acme as much as I used to. I used to go with my husband a couple times a week but now we’re only going once every two weeks sometimes just once or twice a month even.

Having to click on the deals every couple of days in order to get them is annoying.
Way Too Glitchy
The app glitches constantly, which is very frustrating. Every time I go to click that I’m on my way to pick up my groceries, it doesn’t let me click “on my way” until i’ve exited and closed out the app a bunch of times. While I scroll through the app adding groceries to my cart, it’ll glitch and I have to start the app all over again. Just constant glitching.

Any time I have a problem with an order the Acme staff and Manager Kim are on it . they have the best Customer Service I wouldn’t want to go to any other location . If you order yogurts or bananas or things for the week, they will literally give you ripe and today products along with products that will expire weeks from now it’s really great.

No WiFi in the store
I love my Acme! Everyone is friendly and helpful. My big gripe with the store itself is that I can clip a digital coupon in the store. I can’t do anything on my phone in that store.
App does not work in-store
The app is great, when it works. And it will NOT work in the store. Standing in front of the bananas and want to see if you activated the coupon before you left your house? Nope. App won’t open. At the pharmacy and need to verify a setting in your account? Not today, friend. Wanna see if you have enough rewards to get a discount or free item? Are you in the store? Yes? Well then forget about it. The app never works when you want it to work most. Please fix this.

Love the app for clipping my coupons and getting the extra reward points, but when it comes to navigating to find items it’s overwhelming. I would prefer being able to type in the items (which I know they sell), and finding them in the app. For whatever reason items I can buy in store I cannot always find in the app, as if they never sold them.
Aside from that, love it.
