Difficult app
I have logged in once but now cannot login again, there seems to be a problem with my login details, either email address or password, my email address is good so it’s the password, which is the password I recorded in Keeper, confusing, but the app does not have a facility to change the password so I will now never have access to the app, it’s really not very good, I am disappointed.

Poor updates
The App is very slow to go I’ve live updated information. It has given us wrong or outdated information as to the charge by status and use of the stair lift which rather than giving us peace of mind has caused a degree of anxiety. Once the 12 months free period is complete I won’t be paying for a further subscription

Acorn app
Only had the acorn app for a day and unable to access my account, I have a white screen.
Pretty useless!
This app is extremely frustrating… in fact it needs a lot of work to make it worth bothering with. I’ve only had access today, I’ve had to delete the app multiple times and start again as the page keeps going blank. If I was paying for this I’d want my money back. Please can you make it do what’s its intended to do!

Unable to rate because I can’t access
Have just downloaded this and every time I try to login there is an error message telling me there is a server problem. Very unhelpful.
