Do not let it near your contacts!
Huge mistake!
After it was done, some of my most common contacts were gone completely and others were missing street addresses or primary phone numbers. None of the supposed clean up steps followed any rhyme or reason that I would have directed, and there were no questions asked to guide the process. In short, what might work well for removing duplicate images does not with Norton Phone Cleanup.

Your point about contacts is clear. On iOS, Norton Cleaner’s contacts cleanup is meant for duplicates and incomplete records, and those contact changes are backed up so they can be reviewed in the Trash tab before permanent deletion. This review appears to mix Norton 360 with Norton Cleaner for iOS. Norton Cleaner is a separate app for photos, videos, and contacts, and it works on iPhone and iPad with iOS 16.x or later.
