Do not let it near your contacts!
The synchronization between Microsoft Outlook and Apple iOS is notoriously disjointed. As such, I've had numerous duplicate contacts added to my phone over the years. I use Norton on my Windows PC (and have for years) so I decided to use it on my iPhone.
Huge mistake!
After it was done, some of my most common contacts were gone completely and others were missing street addresses or primary phone numbers. None of the supposed clean up steps followed any rhyme or reason that I would have directed, and there were no questions asked to guide the process. In short, what might work well for removing duplicate images does not with Norton Phone Cleanup.

Freezes
iPhone 15 Pro Max with latest iOS. App loads and freezes. After a few minutes it will respond to the tap then freezes again. Not useable.

Hate Norton 360
I purchased what I thought was a complete package only to find out every time I click on something recommended to fix it cost more and another add on. You would think ultimate includes all utilities but no notion keeps asking for more costly add ons. Also does not work on iPad
Deceptive Business Practices
Buyer Beware!! Trial subscription period of the service is a scam! They will charge you immediately, and you will not be allowed to cancel the subscription until one year after activation. I tried to cancel well within the trial time was over. They wouldn’t give me a refund, and fought me every step of the way to prevent me from escalating with Apple. I will NEVER use their products again!

ユーティリティズアルティメットというPCのソフトの詐欺まがいのお試し版のライセンスの自動更新が勝手に有効になっていて1年間ライセンス延長になってしまったのが原因で折角なら使ってみた。
