Do not let it near your contacts!

The synchronization between Microsoft Outlook and Apple iOS is notoriously disjointed. As such, I've had numerous duplicate contacts added to my phone over the years. I use Norton on my Windows PC (and have for years) so I decided to use it on my iPhone.
Huge mistake!
After it was done, some of my most common contacts were gone completely and others were missing street addresses or primary phone numbers. None of the supposed clean up steps followed any rhyme or reason that I would have directed, and there were no questions asked to guide the process. In short, what might work well for removing duplicate images does not with Norton Phone Cleanup.

On iOS, Norton Cleaner’s contacts cleanup is meant for duplicates and incomplete records, and those contact changes are backed up so they can be reviewed in the Trash tab before permanent deletion. If some details still need to be restored, please visit support.norton.com so the team can check the contact changes with you. *Norton

Freezes

iPhone 15 Pro Max with latest iOS. App loads and freezes. After a few minutes it will respond to the tap then freezes again. Not useable.

Hate Norton 360

I purchased what I thought was a complete package only to find out every time I click on something recommended to fix it cost more and another add on. You would think ultimate includes all utilities but no notion keeps asking for more costly add ons. Also does not work on iPad

Deceptive Business Practices

Buyer Beware!! Trial subscription period of the service is a scam! They will charge you immediately, and you will not be allowed to cancel the subscription until one year after activation. I tried to cancel well within the trial time was over. They wouldn’t give me a refund, and fought me every step of the way to prevent me from escalating with Apple. I will NEVER use their products again!

For App Store purchases, the trial, billing, and cancellation are managed by Apple, not by the app. To stop renewal, open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Norton Cleaner > Cancel Subscription. Refunds for App Store charges are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the purchase was made outside the App Store, support.norton.com can review it. *Norton

ゴミアプリ

ユーティリティズアルティメットというPCのソフトの詐欺まがいのお試し版のライセンスの自動更新が勝手に有効になっていて1年間ライセンス延長になってしまったのが原因で折角なら使ってみた。
（多分同じ人いると思う）
削除できる項目が写真と連絡先くらいでわざわざこれ使う意味はない。

DO NOT purchase it Doesn’t work you cannot get a refund without jumping through 100 hoops and no human Norton Support all AI generated answers very frustrating I have wasted a day trying to redeem my paid subscription.

元々ある容量を減らしますかみたいな機能と変わらないのにやり方をちゃんと書いてないから必要なものを勝手にゴミ箱に移動させられる　ファイル整理は外部のもを入れずにiPhoneならiPhone GoogleならGoogleのもをちゃんと使った方がいい

Meh…

If it’s supposed to help organize photos the thumbnails can’t be blurry, almost deleted a bunch of good photos I want because I thought they were blurry. I’ll stick with the app I’ve been using that actually works.

Photo previews in Norton Cleaner come from your iPhone library, and anything moved during cleanup stays recoverable in the Trash before permanent deletion. If the items look unclear, check that Norton Cleaner has full Photos access in Settings > Photos > Norton Cleaner, then review the photos at full size before removing them. If the previews still seem off, support.norton.com can take a closer look. *Norton
