Fun but slowwww payouts
I like the games and do get a lot of bonuses but out of all the slot games I play, they have the slowest payout. It gives you bank ACH or a giftcard…. So of course I use ach and it can take multiple days for them to even get approved and then sent to bank. It is not a bank issue because every other slot game does not have this issue. Unfortunate.

Over 17 Days and Still Waiting for Redemption. Bad business
I played, at first, with no problems cashing out.Once I hit over $1000 became unreachable, my redemptions would not process. When I was Able to get a response from customer service, they claimed that I filed a fraud claim on them which never happened. I contacted the card they claimed the fraud was on and submitted documentation to them where my financial institution verified there were no fraud claims on my account. they are not communicating with me again been 17 days that’s not including the first few times I submitted my redemptions. yet 24 seven customer service is advertised. I had redemptions in my account the next day typically.The redemption still say in progress. they think that they can just ignore me and i will give up. I have no intention of giving up.Only further escalating to every extend I am able
