App support DOES NOT CARE!
If you need to contact app support, good luck getting a response!!! It’s been almost 24 hours since I opened up a chat with support and have got ZERO response!! They are quick on taking your money tho!! I downloaded this game thru Pogo for the milestone rewards and to try out a different game. So far they have refused to acknowledge to Pogo that I downloaded thru the link provided so I can’t claim the rewards from the Pogo side of it which is taking money out of my pocket since I made purchases on the app with the understanding that I would get money back from these purchases. So far it’s around $200 in rewards I DID NOT GET and customer service is worthless for response times. I was hoping this app would have been as good as Bruno Reels was, but so far it’s disappointment.

Missing payouts
Don’t use if you like talking to an actual person when you have an issue. They have too much control over your money for them not to have a live person to talk to. They can take your money, close your account at any time to keep you from getting your payout. I’m still waiting on a redemption and I’m only able to talk to an ai chat person. I’ll update this review if they remedy the situation.

Do NOT play this fraudulent game!!!
I noticed on the mummy game I was hitting the button only betting 0.10 SC and sometimes my balance would minus 0.10 but then a few times it was subtracting 0.20 instead. I message support service and still have not heard from an actual agent about them stealing my money. I decided to try another game (Buffalo game) and the first few times it was correct minusing 0.10 from balance and then I saw the the beginning of the spin would subtract 0.10 but then at the very end of the spin it would subtract it again. COMPLETE FRAUD!!
