I took a screenshot video playing Jackpot Go, Stampede Safari slot. I was betting 10 cents each bet. The reel would spin and stop. The the slot machine would take 30 more cents from me. How can a slot machine take money from a player after the game was played?? I’ve tried contacting Jackpot Go and they refused to speak with me.

Update: so here’s the update to my update. I never received the new member rebate. I still don’t understand their reasoning. If I’m new and I get 100% rebate on my first deposits, why would I be denied? They can see when I signed up and made deposits but somehow I didn’t qualify. I’ve spent a few thousand and they can’t rebate my initial $250? I say stay away and play tang luck. I honestly don’t think an investigation was done into my situation. Because I can’t see how an investigation was done and they looked at my timeline of everything and I don’t qualify. Very unfair and dishonest.
Update: I still haven’t received the rebate and customer service said it could take 3 business days or longer. I guess I need to take this as an expensive lesson learned. Cut my losses and don’t play again. I think a week is plenty of time to rectify this situation. I’ve spent over a thousand dollars playing and I can’t even get a $215 rebate and that sucks.

I put in a claim and they said they would look into it but it’s been a few days and nothing. The games are fun and I do like the sight but why does it take so long? I’ll update if I ever hear back about my rebate. I’m sure the money they give back id only to continue to play with but how is it that I’m the one they missed? This app is a terrible
I will say if u win they will pay u. But good luck winning. They tighten the slots as soon as you deposit. then u lose all your money. I know you’re not favorable to win. But at least make it fun. When u just lose your money it’s not fun and for that reason I will not recommend this app. Keep your money it’s not worth it. The bonuses are not even equivalent to your bets so if u put 100 on your account u will catch a bonus and win 6 bucks. Deleting now

I reached out to support with screenshots and they said they would get right back to me but it’s been over 24 hrs and no updates. This game lies on the ads it shows. It market scamming to get u hook to play and then wants u to pay money to play. I played for over a mount and can’t get over 2.00 cash and only around 3k in game cash thin it wipes it all out.
