Bug fixes and enhancements to improve the overall attendee experience

User reviews

Horrible app

I found the ACP Meeting app very frustrating to use. The app feels poorly designed, especially on a phone, with a confusing interface that makes it difficult to quickly find meetings and navigate content.

One major drawback is the lack of bookmarking functionality, which makes it hard to save and return to frequently used meetings. The app also does not support reliable background playback, so listening to meetings while using other apps or with the screen off is difficult or impossible.

In addition, the app is quite buggy, with frequent glitches and inconsistent performance. Overall, the user experience needs significant improvement in usability, stability, and basic features before I could recommend it.

Really weak app

The content is excellent but the app is poor. You have to go through sign in process each time including email message confirmation. Navigation is clunky. Not any way I have found to save sessions as favorites. Really needs updating.

Not quite there yet

Reviews not showing up as complete. Doesn’t seem to automatically bring in CME for the sessions I’m attending. Map of site not complete. Not able to take notes on slides. Useful as a calendar to remind me of next event and that’s about it.

Really needs updating

Video turns off if you leave the app. PiP and playing in the background has existed a long time. Makes for a frustrating time trying to do anything else while a video is playing.

Unable to log in for pre-session course.

This is totally frustrating. Pre-registered with e-mail and cell number. Unable to get verification code via text or e-mail. Office closed until 9 AM.
