Land in Tennessee
I use this app to plan my road up the mountain the Topo maps are great !
Was in a pinch, this AP saved me
Quickly pulled up a hard to find property boundary I needed for a clients real estate photos. No charge. I will be considering their paid service after a little more playing with the options.
Great app!
Having acres on my phone allows me to have an idea who has what property when I’m looking for land. It’s a great app to have and it’s pretty easy to use.
Precise

Loving the app! I’ve used many different gis maps and this is by far the best I’ve come across
Handy
Really cool, easy to use, very helpful
I use it all the time
Easy to use and find information
So far great
Still exploring around, hence the 4 stars. So far the only thing I see missing is retail value information and mil rates. Like I said, still exploring. Great app.
Land search
This is a great tool - needed for anyone looking for land.
Great app
Just started using it for my job as an irrigation system service technician and it’s way easier to have all the plot codes together versus trying to use our book system organized by county!
Nice
Solid and capable app here. Provides all the information that I was looking for however, the one thing that I wish it had is more of the owner information like I’ve got property that’s for sale by owner right behind my house and it’s not listed in here as being for sale, so there’s obviously some type of disconnect, but otherwise pretty solid.

Amazing
The free features are amazing. I downloaded this only a few minutes ago and I’m super pleased.
Other BLM, or map tracking applications like arcGIS just SUCK to use on the phone. This makes planning hikes or rockhounding trips much easier!
