Great but outdated
Great way to see lots and land divisions. I use it in combo with town tax records because ownership info is significantly outdated. It seems like any changes in the last 10+ years aren’t visible. So, helpful to a point.

Regrid is on spot
Just started using the app today and so far I really like it. I have no issues with it and everything I’ve looked up is factual not like a lot of other apps that have fake names and such. So I’m giving it 5 stars unless something happens to change my mind.
Drone Photography Life Saver
I shoot a lot of Real Estate photography, often getting Drone requests. To finalize the photo I like to add a lot lines to identify where the property starts and ends. This is the app that makes the world of a difference.
Removed Features
Seeing who owns a property is now only possible when you’ve signed in. This hasn’t always been the case. I won’t be making an account, so I guess I don’t need this app.
