FIX THE TOKEN PENDING

IF SOMEONE GOES TO PAY AND THEY DON’T HAVE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT, THE APP SHOULDN’T BE STUCK IN PENDING ALL DAY!!! I HAVE THINGS TO DO! TOKEN PENDING TOKEN PENDING… FIX IT!!!

No log out button

Who creates an app with no way to log out if there’s an issue???Deleting the app and reloading doesn’t fix the problem. Bring back the old key openers if you all don’t have better IT to properly fix the app. Wasting money quarterly on an app that is severely flawed.

They will continue to bill you once you cancel your account and it’s almost impossible to get ahold of them to remove your credit card from your account

Worst app on my phone

This app is terrible. It keeps getting me stuck in front of listings with my clients while it takes 10 minutes !! to update itself. Why not update while the app is not being used like any other app? Also, it sends notifications of showings at my listing 2 to 3 days after the showings occurred! This app is truly pathetic.
