I shoot a lot of Real Estate photography, often getting Drone requests. To finalize the photo I like to add a lot lines to identify where the property starts and ends. This is the app that makes the world of a difference.
Removed Features
Seeing who owns a property is now only possible when you’ve signed in. This hasn’t always been the case. I won’t be making an account, so I guess I don’t need this app.

Simple to use and with the free version, you can still find out public information with this app. Great to know! I recommend it to anyone who is curious about property borders, etc.

Outdated Maps, Inaccurate
My house, built in 2023, and the one next door aren’t on the map yet. Part of my street was actually grayed out and incorrectly redrawn. I contacted Regrid and they refused to correct the errors. This street was surveyed many years ago. I was looking for property line details, but Regrid is useless.
