I got this app because I’m a volunteer firefighter and when we have a call, passer by calls in a grass fire but the land owner is not around it’s the vast way to find out who owns the land

This has a lot of good information and it’s a good price too

Not for the curious hobbyists
This app was full of land owner names and other information and suddenly it's all premium. And wow what a premium! All you get is the address for free now. I'll go to the local town tax map for free if I want to know ownership information.
Not up to date
The property lines seem to be accurate. One thing I wouldn’t count on is the property owner. We purchased a property next to us a year and a half ago and it still hasn’t been updated in this app.
not very useful
Shows the basic play lines you can easily just see on GIS, I found it to be incredibly inaccurate and would have me nowhere near the actual survey markers

Just another subscription service at this point that paywalled EVERYTHING. Way to stand out. Loved being able to use this app to learn names/making sure it was spelled correctly or confirm I was at the right house matching with the persons name. But now, I legitimately have zero use for this app.
