Outdated Maps, Inaccurate
My house, built in 2023, and the one next door aren’t on the map yet. Part of my street was actually grayed out and incorrectly redrawn. I contacted Regrid and they refused to correct the errors. This street was surveyed many years ago. I was looking for property line details, but Regrid is useless.

I use REGRID for business and it is a tremendous help. I can use it for legal documentation also.

App is very basic you can get all the information on the county website! Customer service is nonexistent and is very useless! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!

The free tier is ACTUALLY free — no credit card required! I’ve tried free trials for similar apps, and while you don’t get all the bells and whistles you’ll find in a paid alternative, it’s a fantastic solution for those, like me, who just want to poke around.
