Buggy
When it works, Church Life is a really helpful directory that can help connect faces to names in your congregation. But more often than not, the app has been crashing, returning a lengthy error message decipherable only to software developers.
Works great when its working
Unfortunately, there have been several times when the App decides my login is no longer valid & there is no visible way for me, as an App user, to update my information.
Locked out
This app worked great until it required my email address and password and there is absolutely no way to recover it. The screen only has a place for the email and password but nothing to send to the company to reset it.
Decent app
Church life is a decent app that ties into ACS.
So remember your account will need to match what information your church has for you in ACS and is admin-ed through ACS. So if you have trouble talk to whoever is in charge of your ACS programs at the church.
Works great on the phones but is lacking on iPads. Screen stays tiny no matter the iPad size.
Could be a great app but needs better development.

Terrible App!!
Got this app a while ago, and it worked fine. Got the latest iPhone and had a message it wasn’t compatible. Looked at it today to see if there an update so I could use it. I don’t have my password, and there is nothing to click on to have the password sent! One star is too many, but I couldn’t send without something!

You are not able to create an account through the app. Seriously, how do I create an account??
Cannot create an account
I love the concept behind this app, but it is not allowing me to create an account. Does this mean I’ve been excommunicated? Seriously—I cannot find the screen that allows me to create an account.

Great Directory
Our church is wanting to replace the printed directory for this app, which is a great idea. One thing that we commonly hear is that there isn't a way to search via pictures. That would be a wonderful tool in the search page have the Pics beside the name. That's the only enhancement it needs. It's a go to app otherwise.

Are you having trouble logging in?
Contact the person in charge of the ACS program for your organization, you can't fix it through the app.
Log in Fail
After the most recent add on or upgrade the app no longer remembers my log in info. 2nd review. It's June 3rd and the app keeps crashing on opening. Reinstalled it now telling me my username and or password is in correct. It's not. This app has been very inconsistent.
Please fix this - will not stay logged in
This was a useful app until something happened recently and it will not stay logged in. Even when selecting the option to "remember me" I still have to log in whenever I need it. It's very frustrating. It would also be nice if you had a setting to make it default open to the calendar rather than "people" which is what I need it for the most.

Useless
The app said I needed to change password and sent me to page to do so. After changing, it would not connect saying that email or password not supplied. So it is a useless app to get. Don't bother as it eventually will stop working for you.
Can't retrieve password
There is no way to retrieve a forgotten password. I'm using the one I'm certain is correct, but it just says invalid, and asks me to double check. Not a use-friendly app, sorry
