It’s confusing
I thought I was tech savvy until I tried to log into this app - note it’s also associated with their camping card app.
Functions poorly
I paid for the subscription but it isn’t recognized in the app. Seems to have problems connecting internet purchases with using the app.
Not helpful
I don’t find this app helpful. I don’t recommend it. Stick to online searches or better apps.

OK but needed other apps for full picture
On a recent month long trip through Western Europe I used it as the ‘go to’ App as a starting point finding out next stops. Soon realised that to get a full picture we needed google for maps and general descriptions of places to stay and the roads that lead to them. Notable downside lacking in reviews for aires and couldn’t figure out how to add one.
