OK but needed other apps for full picture
On a recent month long trip through Western Europe I used it as the ‘go to’ App as a starting point finding out next stops. Soon realised that to get a full picture we needed google for maps and general descriptions of places to stay and the roads that lead to them. Notable downside lacking in reviews for aires and couldn’t figure out how to add one.

FREE motorhome tours
For years now, We have toured for weeks at a time in the motorhome using the ACSI app about lunch time to search out up to three aires to stay the night. Away from the coast one can find free Aires including free water/ service point if you look closely. From South West UK to Portugal and back, some four thousand miles over five weeks and nothing paid for stopovers or service points. The App gives you all the information you need.

No No No. Robbing ****’s
Had this but found it totally useless in the real world, no discounts offered except on site that charge a fortune. To top it off after cancelling, they still try and take money. In dispute with them now to return stolen funds.
Google Maps is just better
Tried to use this but always end up on google maps. The reviews are equally spurious but the data on maps is more complete… the UX / UI here is very dated
Should be much better than it is!
This app and the ACSI Camping Card app both have the same issues. The main one being if you navigate by using the map, find a site and click on it the info is there, but if you try to search it’ll tell you that there is nothing available. It says there are updates to the country package, despite the required ones already being downloaded. Paying extra for this app for the 3 months we’re travelling in Spain and Portugal seemed like a good idea on top of the CC subscription, but Search for Sites works better. Come on ACSI please get this sorted. Maybe get some users to do real time user testing and make these apps work as they should.

Difficult to work with
I’ve bought a membership some time ago, now find they need more money for the discount card which I’ve paid. Now I can’t find out how yo download the card.

I give up on this app
Tried to link my asci account and each time it kept asking for me to set up a subscription. As God is my witness, I just can’t get the app to acknowledge that I already have subscriptions. Life is too short!
Carte ACSI
Pas de réponse et malgré le paiement carte ACSI digitale jamais reçu.,on paye mais on ne reçois jamais la carte et je vois que nous ne sommes pas les seuls!! Comment faire pour avoir cette carte ???

Bonjour, Tafanel.Je comprends votre frustration —Vous pouvez télécharger l'application CampingCard (il s'agit de l'application avec le logo bleu comportant les 2 C blanches) Connectez-vous ensuite avec l'adresse e‑mail utilisée pour l'achat de la CampingCard ACSI Digitale ; si vous ne vous souvenez plus de votre mot de passe, vous pouvez via ce lien définir un nouveau mot de passe. Activez ensuite la carte en complétant les informations. Votre immatriculation doit être saisie sans les tirets. Sehr geehrter "michusch". Achten Sie darauf, alle unnötig geöffneten Apps im Hintergrund zu schließen, um mehr RAM freizugeben. Il existe une ambiguïté (voulue ?) entre l’application ACSI CAMPINGS EUROPE (9,99€) et CAMPINGCARD ACSI. Le client croit pouvoir obtenir une carte de réduction avec la première application mais doit de fait repasser à la caisse pour obtenir cette carte au tarif de 27,95€ ou 21,95€. Terrible customer service and incorrect pricing
Pricing shown is incorrect and users have no way of informing acsi of any indiscrepancy between the pricing shown and the actual pricing. The call centre staff are unhelpful and ill informed.
Gone downhill
I have been using this app for years, but within the last year it has become uneasy to use.
Campsites no longer had photographs and very limited details - meaning I have to spend ages googling sites alongside the app. It also doesn’t pinpoint searched locations very well. I will not be renewing next year unless it is fixed and will use Pitchup (or similar) instead.
Update: logged out and back in - photos still aren’t working.

Awful to navigate even having read the instruction manual
Not at all user friendly. Can’t even see how to change language. Wishing I hadn’t paid to join for a year!
Not working, developer not able to help
I was using this app in past on several trips, without issues. This year, I opted for 3 months subscription, I paid, I got receipt from the app store, however I haven't got access to list of campsites. Something did not work as it should. I contacted the developer and they were not able to help. I repeated contact and they told me to contact the app store. Of course app store did not reply (it was 2 months ago). And I never received back my money. Today I got notification that my subscription ends in December. Of course I will not pay for this again. I think developers/customer support should care more about their paid and loyal customers.

No discount at campsites
Many if not most campsites mentioned at Acsi are no longer discount prices. In my view those campsites SHOULD NOT BE mentioned at Acsi !
