Too much local gloom
While I appreciate their local investigations, every newscast starts with one local shooting after another and endless commentary about same. There are many more important things going on in our city, country and the world to blow half the newscast on the endless bang bang shoot em up in Jacksonville. Mention, yes, dominate with it, no. News4Jax seems biased to me, so I’ve switched to First Coast local news. Ask Anthony gets the job done for real people with real problems.

App constantly glitching, and the live stream plays more commercials than news videos
Horrible
Horrible app. The commercials lock up the streaming. It’s mostly commercials and no news.
Missing information
Some days, I open the app due to a big story I’ve heard about and I’m absolutely SHOCKED! So much important news going on and we get crickets from ANJ. Shameful!!!
Local is going away
There is always a bad slant on stories and the information people want is not be covered. I have not watched a local news broadcast in over 10 years.

Deleting app
When you’re looking for up to date tracking of storms and updates, this app only gives you advertisements. Pretty sad when people are out of power looking for storm updates that the news channel is more focused on advertising.
Leadership change???
I have noticed a shift in the station and it’s not good. They are moving to a biased reporting and the new staff changes are below standard also.

Always on top of the news to the weather. My only source of info I tune into. Other channels seem to be amateur hour. No comparison.
Loud
Blasting me with loud unasked for videos that play despite my phone being on mute is irritating and causes me to immediately turn to another news source.
Garbage
To many commercials about fake products that do not work, they are in it for the money the advertisers bring them, they care not if it’s true, they are in it for profit (greed)!
Don’t use if you want to have any other media going
The autoplay is terrible and the ad pop ups make reading any news article nearly impossible.
Bad Links
Often times the app pushes notifications and when you click on them, they do not lead to the actual article!
Proofreading?!?!
I’m so sick of the misspelled words and grammatical errors in the articles. Some of these would easily have been found using spellcheck. Others are homonyms “Egg Prices Sore” (should have been “Soar”.
Who is writing these articles and what are their qualifications to work in a communications field? Sadly this issue has been going on for years as evidenced by other reviews that are at least 5 years old now.
I’ve downloaded a competitor’s Jacksonville news app. Hopefully their employees are better at their jobs.

Interviewer lied when he talked to us what he said and what he did was two different things. I know how Trump feels fake news.
