Relaxing
A very relaxing group of programs. So much so I always drift of to sleep. Not yet seen any effects from the various program. I have used similar programs for nail biting which was very successful. I have every confidence that these will work too.
Good content, needs better controls
Would be better if there were more playback controls like repeating and scrubbing
