It would be nice if you would have simply emailed us for support. This is a free app. His many other hypnosis websites offer a complimentary way of downloading your apps to your iPhone to help people who don’t understand how to work iTunes ? Silly us for trying to make it convenient for you !
It won't open

Hi Mgitt! Sorry the app wont open. A couple things to note. The app is for customers of Hyptalk.com to play downloads they have already purchased, so if you have no purchases, you may not be able to open the open. The most likely issue however is that you already had the version 1.0 on your phone and not our latest version, 1.1 which does not get the update automatically. Best to delete the app, then reinstall it. Works like a charm. Finally, it would be great if you would contact our fabulous customer support before leaving 1-star reviews for us so we can actually help you sort out the issue. Please consider changing your review because this will definitely solve your issue. I promise! ~Victoria

Hi Scookstimo ... I realize this was a couple of years ago, however we have since fixed the app and it works just great now. Please give it another try. Delete the old app and download the new one. Best regards ~Victoria
