still using years later
This app is very simple and there is just the one set of warmups, but it does the job, and efficiently, and I find I still use it regularly after having it a few years. Nice to have an easy go-to for quickly warming up.
Pointless
It’s the same 5 minute exercise everyday. Not worth 50p let alone £5. Could learn of internet for free and would be better varied teaching.
