Fix the bugs yall. I’ve been using yall for 6 years and never had an issue this bad like shesh. I stopped paying 60 monthly because of it.
In a toxic relationship with Honeybook
At first, HoneyBook was everything I needed. I could send invoices, collect signatures, schedule payments, capture leads, communicate with clients, receive payments, and keep my books organized all in one place. It felt like the perfect solution for my business.
But lately, our relationship has become toxic...
Simple tasks have become frustratingly difficult. I can’t reliably open or publish invoices. Sending emails is a gamble because they can sit loading for hours, sometimes days. Emails also randomly generate strange script, dashes, and special characters that make my messages look unprofessional.
The most frustrating part is that I know how good HoneyBook used to be. That’s what’s keeping me here. I keep hoping things will improve because when it worked, it worked really well.
Right now, though, I’m seriously considering other options. Especially for how much I am being charged each month. I need software that helps me run my business, not software that creates more work and stress. If HoneyBook can fix these performance and reliability issues, I’d love to stay. But at the moment, it feels like I’m holding onto what the relationship used to be instead of what it is now.
