Sincerely recommendation for you guys to further fix this app

This app really needs to be updated and improved. I believe there is still a big room for its growth. Whenever I want to get a shift through it, no matter how promptly I clicked ‘apply’, the chances of me getting it are much lower than that I miss it. Also whenever I want to refresh it. No matter which button I click, it still stay there and doesn’t work at all.

Most useless app that I have ever come across. I would give zero stars if I could. The app has so many errors and basically does not work. Ever since my workplace has made me use this app, I have missed out on a lot of shifts as it does not even let me submit my availability.
