Hard to navigate

I feel it’s difficult to find simple things like payments due etc. The rest of the site is easy to navigate but queries on my account I feel are difficult to find an answer for.

Terrible

Trying to book online or via the app for the family fun gymnastics at the McTaggart centre…Impossible, yet I receive emails telling me to book. You then send emails and get no reply, don’t bother trying to phone either 🤬
