Great app but payment process a bit archaic
Never works
Always not working - go to book and it never accepts a booking - nightmare of an app
Shouldn’t be this difficult
Cannot book swim session for other members of the family as bookings can only be made for the individual who is logged in. I thought a workaround would be to login with each account individually (which is ridiculous) but even that didn’t work as the “Continue to Payment” button doesn’t actually do anything and you can’t pay. If you can’t book and can’t pay then the app really is a complete waste of time. General navigation within the app is poor and clunky, it really shouldn’t be this difficult to book sessions for the family and it means you use the services less because of the faff. There’s already a lack of public services available and this app makes it even more difficult to access them. Terrible.

Wrong times
Today was the third time I had booked a swim session for 1 o clock, only to get to the pool and be told there are no swim sessions at this time and the app had booked me into a swim session for the next day. With this issue it makes it impossible to know what times there are swimming sessions as the dates are all wrong.

Induction
I can’t even book my induction online after getting my membership the app isn’t great their memebership system isn’t that clear either
