Great app but payment process a bit archaic

Always not working - go to book and it never accepts a booking - nightmare of an app
Shouldn’t be this difficult
Cannot book swim session for other members of the family as bookings can only be made for the individual who is logged in. I thought a workaround would be to login with each account individually (which is ridiculous) but even that didn’t work as the “Continue to Payment” button doesn’t actually do anything and you can’t pay. If you can’t book and can’t pay then the app really is a complete waste of time. General navigation within the app is poor and clunky, it really shouldn’t be this difficult to book sessions for the family and it means you use the services less because of the faff. There’s already a lack of public services available and this app makes it even more difficult to access them. Terrible.

Wrong times
Today was the third time I had booked a swim session for 1 o clock, only to get to the pool and be told there are no swim sessions at this time and the app had booked me into a swim session for the next day. With this issue it makes it impossible to know what times there are swimming sessions as the dates are all wrong.

Induction
I can’t even book my induction online after getting my membership the app isn’t great their memebership system isn’t that clear either

Poor quality app. Why can’t autofill be used? Why do the entry pages never seem to complete? Why do classes mysteriously disappear after they’ve been booked? Amateurish app. Very old-fashioned.
Useless app
Initially the app was good (once you got it working after getting given no pin and having issues with that side of things).
After the new login process was released I cannot login, I have followed the simple instructions MULTIPLE TIMES now, even going through the “contact us” element and submitting a “Microsoft form” I’m informed there is nothing wrong with my account!
Speaking to Staff I was informed that the password needed to be SPECIFICALLY 14 characters long and include a Capital letter, number and a special symbol (all rather standard), however some of the special symbols don’t work!
Even if you choose a “special symbol” that doesn’t work the app will still say it accepts your password even though in reality it doesn’t!
Due to this you are required to call to book things but then if you try this your call is either ignored or no one is at the counter to answer!!
Overall not only does the App not work correctly but the service provided by Aberdeenshire council and the company contracted to create the app are also shocking and heavily lacking!!

Login
Wasn’t given a Pin when I signed and paid as the system wouldn’t allow.
Was informed to try signing in when pin was requested click forgotten, no option for this was available initially after jump g through several hoops finally got to request a new pin which was not sent as page the displayed the service was unavailable.
No accessible timetables for the desired pool making impossible to check availability or last minute changes!
In summary a way to complicated app that has huge issues!

Poor app
Hard to navigate & impossible to reset password!
Classes I know are on(as instructor told me so) not showing and no one on the phone can help with booking them.

Very glitchy and despite being and app to book activities I’m unable to book!

It is difficult to find what you are looking for and booking is even more of a hassle.

Not at all user friendly and doesn’t seem to be up to date.
Not fantastic… yet…
I can’t make a full booking on the app yet. Quite frustrating as when I went to make the booking, an error occurred, I went to use the website instead and the space had gone. There are a few things the app could do better on, but I’ll look forward to see when it is fixed. Otherwise it’s well laid out and easy to use.

Doesn’t work for families.
So difficult to book activities for more than one child. Have to log out and log in with separate details for each person.
