Keeps saying that all the classes are full… I’ve been waiting for two months to go to a class. I even stayed up till midnight to be the first to book the next week classes and somehow it was already all booked even tho it just came out

Why can my friend book classes at 7am when they don’t show in my app until between 7:20 and 7:30 when all classes are full

Could bookings online possibly open slightly later than 7am? I find that if I don’t book as soon as classes appear at 7am they are full and I’m unable to book, which is annoying when I have a membership. The majority of people attending the off-peak classes are either retired or don’t work and 7am is extremely early!

Find the App really useful to use even for me who has no IT skills whatsoever Staff are very helpful if needed
Quite Good
The app gives all the information you need and is generally pretty good. My only suggestion really is to make it more aesthetically pleasing and watch out for typos, other than it’s great!
