Active Track doesn’t work on iOS?

I downloaded the app with a code sent from my doctor’s office, and have used it to track my pain. But when I looked at all of the other options such as steps, stairs etc. it always says 0% or a very low percentage number that has never changed even when I hadn’t worked out, (or when I have definitely been working out.)
If it wasn’t for being able to at least access the pain chart, I would’ve only given it 1 ⭐️.
Please update to let those without a computer to be able to use it on the iPhone app. Thanks.
