What's New in Force Patient

3.0.1

September 11, 2026

What's New in Force — Version 3.0 We've rebuilt a big part of the Force app to make tracking your recovery faster and easier. A brand new look The whole app has been redesigned — cleaner home screen, easier-to-read cards, and a refreshed look for exercises, messages, and your profile. Everything's been tuned to look great on any size iPhone or iPad. Faster, smoother screens Your Goals, Progress, Medications, Tasks, and Medicine Cabinet now load instantly and scroll smoothly, so getting to what you need takes fewer taps and less waiting. Easier daily check-ins Log how you're feeling with a new pain check-in, and measure your knee bend and straightening right in the app with new easy-to-use controls. Celebrate your progress Earn an award and you'll see it — new award celebrations recognize the milestones you hit along the way. Your Progress screen also now shows your complete step history instead of just the last few weeks. Plan your week A new calendar view for Tasks shows what's coming up, so nothing gets missed. More control over your account Update your profile more easily, choose how you'd like to hear from your care team with new communication preferences. Tap a link, land in the right place Links from your care team's emails and text messages now open directly to the right screen in the app — your messages, a specific exercise, a care instruction, a form, or your goals. Thanks for using Force. If something isn't working the way you expect, reach out to your care team or contact support from the More menu.

Fix facial recognition

The app is basically good. Video content for exercises and care instructions work well. After the latest update, the iOS facial recognition runs and gives a check that it was successful but then it requires a login anyway. Please fix.

Recovery

The app has been extremely helpful during recovery. I appreciate the daily communication and easy to understand videos and descriptions of what can be expected. Recovery is TRULY a challenging process and the app was comforting when I needed assurance that I could get through this.

App Gets Stuck

Every day , the app gets stuck by showing logging in on screen when clicking on other options within the app. Also, sometimes during the day, it logs me out after closing the app.

Needs some work improvements

I like the connection to my care team & the exercises. I do not like that for the progress you cannot enter - no change. It is not logical to think there is either progress or regression each day. Sometimes it is just the same as the day before.

Great app; streamlines pre-surgical communication

Live in a remote, rural county. The hospital is forty miles away; and there are several different offices. This app really helps streamline communication, by providing exercises and all sorts of helpful information specific to my surgery. I just with the office would turn on the text part, but they must not want to be dealing with another layer of patient communication.

Initially, I was a tad overwhelmed by all of the info, but after a brief learning curve, it’s nice to have the excellent exercises/videos, and all the other info, including reminders of what to wear/bring to the hospital, at hand. It helps make one feel connected. Good app! Thank you.
