Cannot remove device if once added
I cannot remove the device once connected to app. Cannot link the weighing scale to other accounts or apps once it has paired with this app. Waste of money purchasing this scale..
Quick and easy
I can’t remember the last time a Bluetooth accessory worked so flawlessly. The weight syncs almost instantly. Extremely good experience

Not able to switch between users
Needs to improve the app experience substantially not able to switch between users and keep records of all family members

Not user friendly
Looks to be a local app with Ritesh bankapur as developer and a chinese name. Initially i thought it was a fake app. Not very user friendly, takes measurement well though. Eg not able to see an option to delete a record if i measure for “incorrect” family member. Need to evolve the app quickly for better end user experience
