Terrible customer support & booking glitches
Hudle support insisted I need a screen “recording” of the whole booking process, because apparently screenshots aren’t enough. They then blamed the venue’s no-cancellation policy instead of addressing the platform issue. So I lose 5000 INR, but Hudle thinks that’s the venue’s fault.
To make things worse, the schedules on the browser and phone app are inconsistent. Very disappointing customer service overall.

However, we understand your frustration regarding the loss. Because partner venues enforce strict non-refundable policies once a slot has passed, we are unfortunately unable to alter or refund this booking. We are continuously working to improve our app and browser interfaces to ensure a seamless experience.
