Terrible customer support & booking glitches
Booked a 2 hour padel slot on the correct date (with a screenshot to prove it), but after payment the booking was confirmed for a different date.
Hudle support insisted I need a screen “recording” of the whole booking process, because apparently screenshots aren’t enough. They then blamed the venue’s no-cancellation policy instead of addressing the platform issue. So I lose 5000 INR, but Hudle thinks that’s the venue’s fault.
To make things worse, the schedules on the browser and phone app are inconsistent. Very disappointing customer service overall.

However, we understand your frustration regarding the loss. Because partner venues enforce strict non-refundable policies once a slot has passed, we are unfortunately unable to alter or refund this booking. We are continuously working to improve our app and browser interfaces to ensure a seamless experience.

earlier ui was able to give visibility of all the courts and available timeslots at once. Now I have to manually switch from one court to another to check with court has the slot availability 😤

Pathetic app experience
I am trying to open my communities page, there instead of listing the communities it is showing a prompt to update the app, but when I try to update the app on appstore , it shows there is no new update and it just get the option to open my app.

Bad app and bad customer support
Until contacted they don’t issue refund even though they canceled the spot. There was no prior info about cancellation as well. Once we reached the venue they informed us with vague information about refund.
Also they provided refund in terms of app credits only valid for a month. I had to call multiple times and wait for the same.

Engages in Double booking
No consistency in service. As an aggregator engages in double booking and preference given to offline booking than online booking. Even When double booking they don’t have the courtesy to call before the slot if an error has happened. After reaching the venue with a paid receipt still your booking can be cancelled and then wait for nearly 10-14 days for your refund !!
Even when not complaining, forced to listen how it’s not their fault and it’s their system.

Customer support is primitive
App mapped another person’s invoice. Complained and it’s been 1 month since. Neither they could solve nor they can provide a invoice to solve current issue
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unreliable and Unprofessional
I had an utterly frustrating experience with this app, and I feel compelled to warn others. This app listed a ground as playable, but when I arrived after an hour-long journey, it was completely unusable. Why advertise a ground as bookable if it’s not in suitable condition? This shows a complete lack of quality control.
To make matters worse, there was no resolution offered for the inconvenience. I traveled a significant distance only to find the ground unplayable, and the staff merely said they’d raised a complaint but provided no real solution. Once the booking started at 9:00, I couldn’t cancel—even arriving just a minute late at 9:01—leaving me stuck with a useless booking. There’s no flexibility or consideration for users in these situations.
It feels like this app prioritizes collecting payments over delivering a reliable service. The lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. I’m deeply disappointed and will be uninstalling the app. I strongly advise others to avoid this app unless you want to waste time and money.

Horrible customer service experience trying to reach out to the team. Automated IVR giving making u believe you are in a queue to reach the customer support agent and making u hold for 10 minutes only to be cut at the end saying you will receive a callback. You only get a callback after the problem for which u were calling is long past.

Worst customer service
I have called customer service so many times! The wait time was soo long and after 6-7 minutes the call is cut automatically! Pathetic service!
Substandard Services and Bad Customer Service.
They claim that the prices are managed by the venues yet the venues claim them spiking booking prices. The prices they charge don’t justify the conditions of the venues as they are being poorly maintained. Their false advertisement is also a big issue in itself.
AC Not Working at most of the places
I have only one issue, that is related to AC. During the pick summer, why AC service is not provided..
Unreachable
The racket they provide for padel tennis are mostly broken. I recently booked an indoor venue through app for 6-7am and it opened half an hour late and then the floodlights weren’t working because of rain. There is no seemingly no medium to reach hudle for a refund. Terrible app all in all.
