Doesn’t Load

Won’t load profiles and details 50% of the time. Can’t open messages half the time and are stuck in a loading screen. When texting or sending emails and you can’t hit send. It won’t show the full screen. I am on an iPhone 16 Pro Max

Not the best crm app

On desktop is ok, but the app is one of the worst. Every time i switch between clients, the previous client that i had put info in, is transferred to the new client i’m working on. There is a glitch i believe where all the info or contact info copies to the new client. Like if it was merging.

Another issue is the text box when adding notes. I see a white bubble and the text box does not expand as you write and fill in the text box like any other app, so makes it hard to read what you are writing.

After this last update, i’m having problems adding comments on a lead. The keyboard blocks the “save” button so it is impossible to save my work.

Still crashes update after update

This is still the worst CRM system ever made in my opinion. I genuinely hope my dealership stops using this platform.

Barely functional

App shut down, closes unexpectedly every time I try to view a message. Even the support page is non-functional. I need it for work, but it barely works. Very frustrated

Constant crashes

Every time I try to open a client card, the app crashes.
It has rendered itself completely useless.

I wish it didn’t log you out all the time but it’s still good. More feature add ons!

Unoptimized for workflow

For a professional platform, the app logs you out every time and is a struggle to complete basic functions like setting an appointment with a client. This is problematic because it’s the sole purpose of mobile app. I hope to see improvements soon as it’s been several years already waiting and we saw 3 website overhauls before seeing an app refresh.

Good app with its fair share of glitches. Latest is the login page bouncing back when you verify your phone number with the code. Does the same on my buddies iPhone. Been two weeke please adress
