Gets better with every update
I wish it didn’t log you out all the time but it’s still good. More feature add ons!
Unoptimized for workflow
For a professional platform, the app logs you out every time and is a struggle to complete basic functions like setting an appointment with a client. This is problematic because it’s the sole purpose of mobile app. I hope to see improvements soon as it’s been several years already waiting and we saw 3 website overhauls before seeing an app refresh.

I don’t understand why dealerships invest on such weak CRMs. Keeps logging me out and now all the language is in French.. trued switching it to English but then forces it back to French.
Buggy as all heck
App constantly has issues with adding or refreshing information.
This app also logs you out consistently so good luck refreshing anything to try and get a lead or whatever you’re trying to do.

So many glitches!!!! Logs me out every time when I switch between apps. Support team is extremely useless

The only good thing about this crm is the calendar. Everything else is just terrible.
LogIn is not working often
Good app with its fair share of glitches. Latest is the login page bouncing back when you verify your phone number with the code. Does the same on my buddies iPhone. Been two weeke please adress

Terrible crm. As a salesman we rely on the mobile app. It crashes 12 times a times. I've lost dozens of deals due to this crm

Unable to add customers through the app
Unable to add customers via mobile app… I almost lost a deal because of this. Need to fix the bugs in your app.
Terrible
Not an ideal app for selling vehicles. Lags a lot, cannot get anything accomplished. Nearly impossible to identify new leads. Frequently have to log in due to being logged out after choosing to be remembered for 30 days.
Glitchy
The app is a bit glitchy most times but the really annoying thing is there’s constantly a notification badge on the app where there are no new notifications. I’ve opened all the possible leads and it still shows. Super annoying.
