App doesn’t allow to login
Worst app and the app support I have ever seen. No matter what methods you use to login you will end up in disappointment as the application fails to authenticate you. Unusable application with useless device!

Worst Product & App Experience Ever
I regret buying the Actofit Smart Scale.The device itself may look good, but what’s the use if the app doesn’t even allow you to login? I have tried multiple times, in every possible way,but it keeps showing error messages and refuses to log me in.No matter how many attempts, it just doesn’t work.
This is beyond frustrating-what’s the point of it calling it a smart scale when you can’t even access your data? I wasted my time uninstalling, reinstalling,resetting and still not works.Even after sending messages about this issue,there’s no proper solution.
Honestly, even 1 star is too much for them.A product that doesn’t let users even sign in is useless.complete waste of money and a terrible experience.Don’t fall for hype-there are far better options in the market.

App no longer works rendering scales useless
App not working
My scale was bought 7-8 yrs ago and was working well with the APP but now suddenly not able to log in to the App to have the health analysis through the Actofit SmartScale and even can’t see past data records
Vulnerable support
App is not logging in thus unable to use the Actofit Smartscale. No support being provided for rectification of this problem. Product became unusable within a year’s time.

Been using this app for more than 3 yrs now. As a healthcare professional it has been very useful to store data. I was about to buy another machine for my new centre.. But now this app is not working.
