The trend analysis is buggy and lacks intuitive UX
There’s a plethora of data points over time collected, but the trend analysis graphs are extremely basic to say the least. There’s so much potential to improve the experience. I really hope you all do something about it! Happy to connect and share more feedback if you like!
Great product, but missing Apple Health sync for Smart Scale Pro
I expected better from Cult. The Smart Scale Pro costs over ₹3,000 but doesn’t sync with Apple Health or the Apple Watch. That’s a huge letdown for a premium product, especially since Cult’s own watches, which use the same app and cost much less, already have Apple Health sync.
This isn’t a hardware issue, it just needs a software update. It’s frustrating that such a simple change hasn’t been made yet, especially when most health-conscious users want all their fitness data in one place.
I hope Cult takes this feedback seriously and fixes it soon. Right now, the experience feels incomplete for Apple users.

No option to change default watch faces
I have ranger X1. The watch can have 5 watch faces at once but you can change only 1 of them. And irony is that the 4 already available watch faces are the worst faces of the list available on app. This can be fixed with a simple update, lets see if they read reviews.
Frustrating Experience – App Won’t Let Me In!
Every time I try to launch the app, it keeps saying “update required” — even though my app is already up to date! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but nothing works. I even contacted support, and they had the audacity to say my email isn’t registered, despite me using this app regularly. Honestly, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. What’s the point of having an app if it locks out users with no proper fix?

This app don’t help at all
I bought this watch cult ranger XR1
It was one if the best in market and it is a good one but service is very bad, i asked few times though mail and calls that this app has some bugs and even after giving all permissions it asks for updates when there is no update, app only open when i reinstall and do everything again but after closing it same thing….
So disappointed
