The trend analysis is buggy and lacks intuitive UX
There’s a plethora of data points over time collected, but the trend analysis graphs are extremely basic to say the least. There’s so much potential to improve the experience. I really hope you all do something about it! Happy to connect and share more feedback if you like!
Great product, but missing Apple Health sync for Smart Scale Pro
I expected better from Cult. The Smart Scale Pro costs over ₹3,000 but doesn’t sync with Apple Health or the Apple Watch. That’s a huge letdown for a premium product, especially since Cult’s own watches, which use the same app and cost much less, already have Apple Health sync.
This isn’t a hardware issue, it just needs a software update. It’s frustrating that such a simple change hasn’t been made yet, especially when most health-conscious users want all their fitness data in one place.
I hope Cult takes this feedback seriously and fixes it soon. Right now, the experience feels incomplete for Apple users.

No option to change default watch faces
I have ranger X1. The watch can have 5 watch faces at once but you can change only 1 of them. And irony is that the 4 already available watch faces are the worst faces of the list available on app. This can be fixed with a simple update, lets see if they read reviews.
Frustrating Experience – App Won’t Let Me In!
Every time I try to launch the app, it keeps saying “update required” — even though my app is already up to date! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but nothing works. I even contacted support, and they had the audacity to say my email isn’t registered, despite me using this app regularly. Honestly, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. What’s the point of having an app if it locks out users with no proper fix?

This app don’t help at all
I bought this watch cult ranger XR1
It was one if the best in market and it is a good one but service is very bad, i asked few times though mail and calls that this app has some bugs and even after giving all permissions it asks for updates when there is no update, app only open when i reinstall and do everything again but after closing it same thing….

Cannot use without an India mobile phone
The app only accepts mobile phone numbers based in India. I purchased the smart scale but I am unable to use the app that goes with the scale because the app only uses the India country code. Thus I cannot use all of the features of the smart scale.

- the watch app is not at all accurate or atleast work whoever seen 70% offer and buy like me no words. this watch value kess than 400Rs

- App is not accurate
- whether, BPM, BO, Steps not working at all atleast not near to 20% accurate
- the fitness videos in this watch not use may be you have to buy subscription as they said free for watch buyers not true
- NO support even if you write a mail they ask video and photos but no reply

- decent sound

Good but should be improved
GPS sometimes doesn’t work, watch faces kinda take a lot of time to generate, the screen and the battery life is amazing

Bundle of features at throw away price
Well i am an Apple Watch user and am currently using Apple Ultra . When I saw this watch I was intrigued to fathom the features it was offering at such nominal price . so I decided to pick one to use it when I race motorcycle with less at stake in case of a crash or fall leading to watch getting a hit. But to my surprise this watch is more than that and is so seamlessly connects and integrates various functions .
I am pretty impressed with its precision tracking and amazing battery life .

Worst watch..it can’t support sweat/liquid
I have given 1 rating because zero rating is not there. I bought watch on April, less than 20 days watch is not working. Complaint also raised . They checked it online(WhatsApp video.. no physical checkup) and said that due to liquid contact, it damaged. I barely used that watch nearly 15 days for gym. After gym I kept that in box. Except sweat, no chance of other liquid . Watch cost 3k (ace x) but not supported for physical activities.

Cult sport watch
I’m new to sport watches so I must spend time learning about them but I got this one as a xmas gift. I love it. It’s really got a comfortable band and the face is big. I’m sure when I learn to use it I’ll get a lot of use out of it. I already love thebreathing as I’m old and it really helps me out. My daughter gave it to me to make sure I can call in case of emergency. It’s wonderful. I just think the price is worth it. So far it’s working really good.

Best App Compairing with anyone
Used many fitness apps till date but here i able to see an easy UI, accuracy, proper synchronization . Also in other features like lots of crazy watch faces , challanges to keep me high all the time.

1.Even smart watch showing sleep nap details but in app no nap details sleep details also not that great.
2. Heart rate data there is avg heart rate data and max but there is no low heart rate data and unable to view heart rate chart.
3. In watch we are able to see pace km/hr but in app there is nothing just heart rate ,time, and kms ran. where is pace? So many drawbacks Since watch is good app should be equal or more good than watch.

A nice sporty smart watch
I am using this watch from last 5 days and so far very happy
I was looking a watch is sporty and round shape more look like analogy watches and this fit in that.

Value for money.
So its been a week i have been using this watch, i should say it is working really great. Only one issue is that IOS is not able to detect this as Smart watch so the having issue with step count and Apple health integration.
Need to be fixed
I brought watch yesterday from Shop located nearby Indian Nepal boarder, but i am unable to login as i am in nepal right now, and my Indian number don't have any network. Kindly bring update where we can login with email id or Facebook too from anywhere in the world.
I am still unable to login. Nor i can return the product as I ordered from flip kart.
