Genuinely fantastic app.
I always use the app, since a lot of minor characters in the kinds of shows I watch have been scattered throughout each other and I can never figure out who they played in other shows. I’d give it 5 stars, but my 2 issues are that when you don’t have enough storage on your device to take anymore photos, you cant even use the camera part of the app, and my other issue is the fact that the option to use a photo from your camera roll has never worked. Apart from those 2 things, it’s great and I highly recommend.

I don’t know why people are complaining about the ads! This app is awesome and the ads are nothing compared to the time it took to look up what ever episode I was on and go through the cast to find the person that looked familiar. It’s so much faster even with the ads than what I was doing so this app is awesome!

Ads are annoying
Works great, with amazing accuracy, but it needs a way to avoid the ads. I’d gladly pay for that option.

Ok, but add make it unusable
It works reasonably well, but as much as I want to keep using it, I just can’t bring myself to based on the obnoxious 1 minute ads you are forced to sit through every single time you search for someone.
Can I pay to stop the madness?
So I’ll come right out and say it: in almost 90% of cases this app is solid and recognizes the celebrities that I throw at it. Which is great because I searched for “Shazam for actors” but wow… give me an option to avoid the mandatory 30-60 seconds ads every time I search for a single thing ever. There is a reason I buy premium stuff, and it’s not to sit through google ads on apple.

really good app and use all the time when i see a familiar person in a show and can’t put my finger on where i've seen them before. also helps because of how specific the app is, it comes up with even the smallest roles where you would barely remember the characters but it scratches that itch of wondering.
only flaw is you can’t upload photos even thought there is an option, which is kind of annoying when i’m watching something on my phone and just want to screen shot and upload the picture.
