Love this app
Iv been using this app for a few years now and it has really helped me organize my high school theater. Free to use
Very useful but some notes for improvement
This has so many things we need! But a couple of questions and suggestions:
1. It inconsistently sends alerts. Part of my staff is saying you will only see an alert if you’re logged in. That can make it less useful if you don’t want to keep the app open. Even with alerts turned on in Settings, they only were able to get alerts if the app was open.
2. For the developers: it’s in the Google Play Store, but not on the Playstore for Android phones. Anyone with an Android can only access it through a browser. I’m thinking this is just an accident on your end.
3. Question: when you first add a participant, does it automatically send them an email, or do you need to click the email icon to make it do that?

Great idea - poor functionality
The app is a great idea. Connecting artists is extremely important! However, my one huge gripe with the system is that it will simply not let me delete my account. Every time I try to do it, it tells me I do not have permission. I don’t have permission to delete my account? This feels like a huge red flag for me. Once this is fixed, I would be happy to edit my stance on this app. Most everything else I’ve seen is great, though.
