GroupSpot has been a game changer for the Marching Tar Heels. Everything is so organized and in one place for the students & staff to find. All the little details from calendar events with reminder notifications to building forms and RSVP lists and having shared photo albums for each event within the app has made our lives so much easier and given us more space to do other student-focused work. Thank you, GroupSpot, for understanding what we need and giving us a platform to make it happen so easily!

This app has been great with getting info to parents from coaches and volunteers for Regatta’s ! College crew you have to rely on your kids for info and it does not always get to you ! So having this app has made it easy for me to communicate with parents as the volunteer! Set up places to meet , food directions ect. The app is user friendly and always someone to help if not sure ! I am a high school soccer coach and we love using GroupSpot for all of our communication to players, parents, alumni, and fans. The interface is great and no ads! We really enjoy how easy it is to upload pics, schedules, and various other items. Couldn’t recommend it enough !
Not working properly
I have had this issue at least 3 times: it keeps churning and didn’t open. It opens but the screen is white instead of black - some of the event schedule showed wrong times. For the last few days I could open the app even after updating it. Please let me know what to do so I could read and respond to my members.
