GroupSpot has been a game changer for the Marching Tar Heels. Everything is so organized and in one place for the students & staff to find. All the little details from calendar events with reminder notifications to building forms and RSVP lists and having shared photo albums for each event within the app has made our lives so much easier and given us more space to do other student-focused work. This app has been great with getting info to parents from coaches and volunteers for Regatta’s ! College crew you have to rely on your kids for info and it does not always get to you ! So having this app has made it easy for me to communicate with parents as the volunteer! Set up places to meet , food directions ect. The app is user friendly and always someone to help if not sure ! I am a high school soccer coach and we love using GroupSpot for all of our communication to players, parents, alumni, and fans. The interface is great and no ads! We really enjoy how easy it is to upload pics, schedules, and various other items. Couldn’t recommend it enough !
Not working properly
I have had this issue at least 3 times: it keeps churning and didn’t open. It opens but the screen is white instead of black - some of the event schedule showed wrong times. For the last few days I could open the app even after updating it. Please let me know what to do so I could read and respond to my members.

Marching Band Game-Changer!
GroupSpot has been a total game-changer for the University of Delaware Marching Band. Before, we were juggling group texts, email chains, and random apps. Best App for sports teams!
I managed the Bridgewater Raritan high school lacrosse program parent group. This app replaced multiple email chain as well as text threads. We made my life so much easier in planning and communicating, and received nothing but positive feedback from users. Great Team Management Tool
We use GroupSpot to manage our high school football team. Being able to run our team calendar, send real time updates and have chat all under one central platform is huge for us. Having separate chats by position groups, individuals or the team as a whole cuts down on redundant emails which many times go unread. Being able to upload photo and video clips are a huge help during game week prep. I’ve used other apps and GroupSpot by far has been the best option for us!

Stop the painful email searches!
We all receive WAY too many emails on a daily basis. And the more children you have, as a mom, the more emails you receive. And trying to find them when you need them - who did that one come from? Painful. Not with GroupSpot. This app makes it SO easy to find, track and manage all of your (and yours kids’) stuff. Everything is organized. Besides a main page, it has a calendar, a chat feature (no more annoying group texts!) a sign-up capability, alerts. All in one place. Don’t know how I’d manage without it!

Excellent app easy to use
Great for organizing
I found this app because my daughter’s school uses it for the school directory but it’s so much more! I started playing Mahjong this year and wanted to find local folks to play with. I started a mahjong group on GroupSpot and last week hosted a 28 person tournament all organized through this app! Could not recommend more!

Too many notifications
Would like to see less notifications. I enjoy getting the notification for a new event, but I don’t need everyone’s comment on said event. Is there anyway to eliminate?
