Does not function

The app will not connect to whatever “server” Janome uses, so it won’t show any designs (prebuilt in or not). I can’t find any tech solutions or information for it online to fix the issue. I have reached out to different dealers of Janome and no one can help.

Great once but constantly crashing

I got this with my Janome MC15000 and initially it was great. It hasn’t been updated for a few years, you cannot delete the inbuilt designs, they offer for purchase, which take up a lot of space, isn’t updated for all of the machines and is now constantly crashing. Please sort this out Janome app developers.

This app no longer connects to Dropbox or any other export app. It will not export my embroidery files.
