Always late pickup
I always give ACX the benefit of the doubt and every time they prove to me, why I shouldn’t bother using them. Every time you book a cab and pre pay, for a set time, it never turns up. Today I booked a cab for 13.45. Called at 13.47 and hadn’t been despatched, was told 9-12mins! Ridiculous. It was despatched 15 mins late, so all in all, arrived 30 mins late for pickup. Ridiculous. These firms wonder why people use Uber!

User friendly app. And i love that I can earn rewards on the bookings I make using the app.

Waste of time
Installed this app, couldn’t get past the registration. App continually crashed and closed. Waste of time and effort.
Unable to register
Despite many attempts I was unable to register via the App. No help such as password format provided and the App just crashed out completely. Had to book via phone and was tempted just to use Uber as their App just works.
