Why is it sometime I can’t track my cab
Even when I track my family member
I can’t get to see the tracking, and where they are. This doesn’t always happen but when it does I worry. How can I make sure this doesn’t happen again. I have your Dara car app as well.
Other than that the only problems i have is that sometimes you don’t put on my points and this happens regularly.
Now id like to say im Generally very pleased with Data Cars. Always good drivers and very polite. Thank you all.

SCAM
Cab cars always smell of gone off food got scammed for £20 by a driver and they will block ur number once they have scammed you
NOT Nationwide! Cancelled our cabs on the day!
Don’t use unless in SE London.. NOT Nationwide!
Large wedding party, pre booked several cabs in Kent (because app accepted booking as it says it’s nationwide) and then Datacars cancelled all of them on the day!!! Wish I could choose zero stars.

Have pre booked cabs twice now and they haven’t turned up on either occasion, had to get Ubers
Bad customer service - avoid!
My first time using and I had pre booked a taxi. The taxi driver was running late and I could see them on the map with still another 10-15 minutes for them to get to me. Given how late they were I cancelled the ride to take an uber instead and was charged a £5.60 cancellation charge! I don’t understand how/why they can even legally charge a cancellation charge when they did not meet the service I had requested. I emailed through to query this and got no response. Won’t be using them ever again, sticking to uber/bolt.
