Time and date issue problem for years
Every time I buy tickets from U.S it doesn’t show the time and date right! Is this to complicated to fix!!
Poor service
Poor punctuality, service to Amsterdam was broken for a week. Lounges at some stations are a disgrace.

Most uncomfortable first class trip I’ve ever experienced!
Eurostar trip from Amsterdam to Paris was ridiculously uncomfortable! It started by receiving an email to inform that train would be delayed and re-routed. Next, while I was already waiting for the train at platform 15 in Amsterdam Central, a message came informing me that train number 9328 coach 11 will have no air-conditioning and would be uncomfortable. It was too late for me to rearrange my hotel accommodations and make other arrangements as an alternative. The toilet in the “First Class” was not flushing apparently, so it shouldn’t be used unless you are disabled or unavailable to walk to go to the 2nd class section, which was apparently between coach 15 & 16. I asked for some snacks, and I was told they have water or tea or orange juice, because I boarded in Amsterdam, wherein they offered a very small croissant, one small slice of cheese, one tiny slice of ham and about 2 spoonful of cream + glass of water. And they called it “breakfast in first class”! Seriously? It’s absolutely different from what you read online!!
