Complexe pour rien
Vu que la borne en gare était dysfonctionnelle j’ai dû utiliser cette application et acheter le billet une fois dans le train.
1er billet : c’était très compliqué d’acheter le billet et j’ai dû mettre les nom de la personne qui m’accompagnait sans que ça soit réutilisable.
J’ai cherché pendant 20 minutes pour pouvoir acheter le billet du transport suivant mais impossible, c’était juste une fonction recherche mais une fois le trajet intéressé trouvé vous ne pouvez pas acheter le billet !
Une expérience à la française : ego centré sur les croyances et envies du fournisseur plus que sur l’expérience client.

Terrible app
App is not working when using any language other than French. As other reviews note, there is no functionality past the first screen (trip search, stations, timetables, account, etc.). Clearly, you have an AI bot responding to all these complaint reviews and no human is reading them and taking action. SNCF should fix this because you are looking really bad! I am using iOS 18.7.9 and the app is updated. It is impossible to send a message through the app as it isn’t functioning either. Please fix it !!!

This is a terrible app. Can’t even import tickets even though they’re sitting in account via the website. Eurostar went looking for my bookings and imported them straight away.

Dead App
100% broken. Anything you try to do, the app just sits stuck trying to contact servers that have been turned off.
If you try to send a message for help like all the review replies say, guess what happens… app sits stuck forever trying to connect servers that don’t exist.
