Can't get past accept notifications
Trying. To use the app, but it is stuck on accepting my notification preferences. It's been "thinking" for almost an hour. Worked well in the past, but won't let me in now.
Issue connecting
Can’t connect past agreement. Maybe this is cause I’m from North America???
Won’t work from Canada
I’ve been using SCNF Connect for years with no problems. I’m buying tickets for an upcoming trip and the app doesn’t work from Canada on my iPhone or iPad. I bought my tickets from the website but can’t import them into my app. FIX THIS PLEASE as I’m aware of lots of people with the same issue.

Like everyone mentioned, stuck at the privacy choice page at login. Please fix and update
Onboarding Failure
The app gets stuck in the notification preferences screen in the onboarding sequence. Nothing resolves it — the app is totally unusable.

J’ai téléchargé l’application, mais il m’est impossible de voir mes billets alors que j’utilise le même compte. J’ai essayé de les importer, sans succès. L’application mouline pendant des heures sans jamais aboutir.
J’ai ensuite supprimé l’application de mon téléphone et l’ai réinstallée. Désormais, je ne peux même plus dépasser la page d’acceptation des cookies.
C’est une expérience utilisateur catastrophique et franchement honteuse pour une application de transport ferroviaire. On a l’impression que la SNCF est restée bloquée dans les années 1990.
Pour couronner le tout, les billets ne peuvent pas être ajoutés au Wallet Apple, alors que cette fonctionnalité existe pour Google Wallet. C’est incompréhensible en 2026.

Latest version does not work
This was a good app. Now appears to have been “enhanced” / updated and no longer works. Journey searches do not load. Please fix it!
Awful
The app allowed me to place a ticket ONCE and refuses to load other ticket options.
App just spinning, not working!
App doesn’t work on IOS with recent upgrade. Won’t get past the screen to allow notifications etc. doesn’t matter if accept all, customize etc. Just keeps spinning. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling, still doesn’t work!
Horribly Inconsistent
I am visiting the South of France and this app has not worked for one single minute of my trip. It has been incredibly frustrating to try to figure out how to buy a ticket outside of this app. Please fix it.

The app gets stuck at accepting the data privacy cookie setting. There’s no way to go on using the app.
Very disappointed
This is just one time and first time experience riding this train from Bordeaux to Paris . We selected our seats together, but literally 30 mins before departure. They separated us and randomly assigned us to different seats! That is unpleasant! Not to mention the poorly operated air conditioning in the train. They may have done their best ,but still impressively negative!

Unusable
Unable to get past signup, all requests hang forever.
Not happy
Very frustrating. I can’t get past the screen to accept/customize alerts. As soon as I hit my option it just spins. I wait several minutes for it to go to app but it doesn’t. I even tried different options. I also deleted app and downloaded again. Same problem.
borderline useless
ive tried this app on two different devices, both have issues. on ipad i cant even get the app to move past the opening screens. on my iphone, i was finally able to login. but every screen produces an infinite loading screen. unable to access my pass, tickets, etc. unable to load my account. unable to purchase tickets. at this point it’s completely unusable. i have a brand new phone and the latest software, with a reliable internet connection. i’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app. perhaps part of the issue is i’m currently in the US? at this rate i’m genuinely nervous for when i actually get to france

Trying to use from the U.S.
It worked enough for me to book some tickets this summer and now won’t work at all. It freezes on the page asking me to accept the terms.
I wish I could give the app Zero Stars
I can’t even get pass the notification accept all page. The app just spins. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same issue. I’ve gone online to try to find an answer. It appears I’m not the only one having issues. I bought my ticket on the website and of course the QR ticket code is only available on the app. How do people give this app 5 stars?

Wether « allow all », « refuse all » or « customize » is chosen, spins and nothing happens.
