Don’t use them

You can’t reach out to a live person to address the simple problem. Go to the bus website directly is better and cheaper

Will not issue refunds.

Will look for every possible work around to not give you your money back if you cancel a trip EVEN though I paid the extra money to have it available to be FULLY refunded. They will send you to different departments, email you back with AI when you SPECIFICALLY ask for a person. I will not be using this app again.
