Extremely late
The bus picked me up from the station on time, however I was supposed to arrive at my destination at 11:15 AM and catch another bus at 11:45 and instead the bus did not arrive at its station until 12:06 making me miss my connecting bus and have to pay extra to get on a new bus. This bus was already insanely expensive and I was not happy that I had to pay even extra due to the bus being 50 minutes late!

Will not issue refunds.
Will look for every possible work around to not give you your money back if you cancel a trip EVEN though I paid the extra money to have it available to be FULLY refunded. They will send you to different departments, email you back with AI when you SPECIFICALLY ask for a person. I will not be using this app again.

it is a complete scam.
I paid extra for their "cancel for any reason without documents" because my son fell ill, i had to cancel it. Not only did they force me to send a medical report, but they also refused to refund my original Mastercard or even a credit in busbud wallet. Instead, they demanded my private bank information.
It got worse: the agent then demanded my full name, citizenship, place of birth, and full physical address. After forcing me to hand over this highly sensitive data, making me feel completely unsafe. they STILL refused to give me my refund or even a travel credit.
They take your money for fake protection and harvest your personal data. Avoid Busbud at all costs! I am now seeking legal action to protect my personal information.

Won’t be using again
I’ve used this app over 50 times but today it just decided it didn’t like my credit card. Between the god awful customer service and the useless ai chat bot, I will not be returning to the app.

Tried to buy my ticket only and was only expecting Apple Pay that continuously declining my credit card, but I downloaded the app and all of a sudden it works

i cancelled a trip the same day as i accedentally booked for the wrong day and they said they refunded me the amount in a voucher when i went to go buy another ticket i had to pay the full amount. no voucher in sight.
