Won’t charge

Continuously either signs you out or doesn’t even let you pay for a ticket. Says the payment can’t be made when everything is right.

.

why does it always say invalid in scaning for code? i did pay, the driver always question me why is it invalid its getting annoying i have to explain everysingle time i go to the bus pls fix this bug

Worst transit payment system ever

Such a stupid app. It will delete your saved credit card if you are inactive on the app for even just a few weeks. Need to set up the whole thing again. Apple Pay NEVER works on this app. So frustrating. And the fact that tickets expire in 7 days is insane. A paper ticket would never expire in 7 days. City of Calgary please just set up a Tap to Pay system like every other major city in the world and save us from this junk.

Passes not showing up

I don’t know why it’s so hard for the Upass to consistently show up every time you open the app. Fire whoever developed and updates this application
