My wife is unable to download the app as she just moved to Canada with another countryโ€™s Apple ID

Problems if you donโ€™t have city pickup

If you donโ€™t get city pickup and want to use the app for the waste sort or info on hazmat locations, you canโ€™t move past the โ€œenter addressโ€ screen. Iโ€™d do this feedback in the app but I canโ€™t get to that either!
